Fishball Minced Meat Noodles

This mee pok has a dry texture with minced pork meat, fish cake slices, bean sprouts and topped with some spring onions. On the side is a bowl of soup with a couple of fishballs and a pork meat ball. Toss and stir the noodles with the chilli sauce and lard pieces at the bowl’s bottom, mixed well with the noodles and you have a rather tasty combination.
