Fu Quan Mixed Veg Rice Bee Hoon Mee

is a popular stall serving cai png with a nice selection of mains and sides. Nice.

Cai Png

Fu Quan Mixed Veg Rice Bee Hoon Mee serves cai png with a nice selection of mains and sides. Seen above is their curry rice with sweet sour pork, satay pork, egg tofu and fish cake.

The sweet sour pork is meaty with sweet decent flavours but it does not have a nice crispiness to it. The satay pork is much nicer, soft and meaty with nice satay sauce flavours that is slightly spicy and slightly sweet. The egg tofu is nice too, soft and has nice savoury flavours. The fish cake is kind of a surprise here. I did not expect it to be so soft and smooth with nice savoury flavours. Contains bits of chopped chilli and chopped spring onions. I like the fish cake, it is nice.

As for the rice, it has a nice firm texture with curry sauce added. The curry is nicely flavoured with a mild spicy taste. This cai png is nice. I quite like it.
