Vegetarian Fried Mee Hoon & Noodles

Fu Yuan Vegetarian Food sells vegetarian fried mee hoon and noodles with a selection of vegetarian sides to choose from. Their standard fare comes with slices of vegetarian char siew and crispy vegetarian goose with some vegetables.

There are 2 types of fried mee hoon sold here – the white ones and the spicy ones. The white fried mee hoon has nice light savouring tasting flavours. The spicy fried mee hoon has mildly spicy flavours that tastes lightly of curry. As for the fried noodles, the thicker type of yellow noodles is used. It is springy with nice savoury flavours and a hint of sweet.

The vegetables are soft and crunchy, and tastes decent. The vegetarian char siew has mild smokey and slightly sweet flavours. The vegetarian goose is crispy and tastes nice.

This vegetarian fried mee hoon and fried noodles has decently nice tastes and is quite likeable.
