Popiah

Ghim Moh Popiah rolls out freshly made popiah that is moist and flavourful.

A double layer of popiah skin is used. The skin is soft and chewy. Some sweet sauce and grated peanuts are spread on to it. An optional chilli can be added to the spread too. A piece of cabbage is put on the popiah skin and a wet radish filling is added to it. Some egg bits, cucumber, crispy bits and cucumber are included as well. Before rolling up the popiah, more grated peanuts and sweet sauce is added. This results in a moist and sweet tasting popiah with a nice soft and crunchy filling. Very likeable!
