Mini Pot

Good Taste Mushroom Minced Meat Noodle serves their mini pot dish in the bowl instead of the usual small aluminium pots. This mini pot comes with fishballs, fish cake slices, pork slices, meatball, crab sticks, a raw egg and some vegetables in a bowl of soup. A bowl of noodles is served on the side. In this instance mee kia is chosen.

The fishball is soft and springy, and the fish cake is soft and smooth. The meatball is soft and meaty and has nice seasoning flavours. The pork slices are firm and meaty. The crab sticks are the usual supermarket type, and the raw egg is cooked with soft whites and a cooked yolk. All these are served in a bowl of flavourful soup with some vegetables included.

The mee kia is firm and springy with a mild alkaline taste. The noodles is tossed in a seasoning mixture of vinegar and chilli with some crispy pork lard added.

Overall, this serving of mini pot tastes just alright.
