Fried Carrot Cake

Guan Seng Carrot Cake dishes out really good fried carrot cake. Available in the usual black and white varieties. The radish cake cubes are pan fried until they are crispy with eggs and chye poh added.

The black ones has sweet black sauce added making some of the crispy radish cake cubes turn chewy. The crispy parts are especially good. Nice flavours too.

The white version of this fried carrot cake isn’t the flat pancake type ones, but the cube type ones. It is just like the black version without any sweet black sauce. Just like the black version, the crispy parts are really good.

Personally, I prefer the black version here a little bit more. This is definitely a really good black fried carrot cake. Truly satisfying.
