Fried Kway Teow & Fried Mee Hoon

This fried kway teow has more kway teow and just a few strands of noodles. Comes with just lap cheong and fish cake slices. The kway teow noodle mix is fried with lard into a dry texture with good wok hei. Tasty.

Hai Yan Teochew Fried Kway Teow Mee is one of the few places that does a fried mee hoon version of their fried kway teow. Same ingredients with good wok hei, using mee hoon instead of kway teow. However the fried mee hoon are slightly lumpy but still tastes good.
