Hainanese Chicken & Roast Chicken

Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice is a popular stall serving hainanese chicken and roast chicken with rice.

Both their hainanese chicken and roast chicken has smooth, soft and tender meats. The hainanese chicken has very smooth and soft skin, and the roast chicken has nice flavourful skin. The boneless chicken slices comes served on a plate with a nicely flavoured soya sauce that has a note of sweet. Some cucumber slices and parsley are included too.

A plate of firm, fluffy and very flavourful rice is provided. A bowl of very nicely flavoured savoury tasting soup is provided as well. The chilli sauce is limey and garlicky, and the ginger sauce has light savoury and ginger tastes.

This serving of hainanese chicken and roast chicken rice tastes lovely! I truly enjoyed it.
