Fried Mee Hoon.

The fried mee hoon, containing vegetable shreds and bean sprouts, has a nice dry texture and pleasant flavours. The fish fillet is crispy outside and springy inside. An optional mildly savoury chilli paste with onion bits is provided on the side.

This serving of fried mee hoon tastes not bad.

Nasi Lemak.

The nasi lemak set above comes with a piece of fried chicken wing, a fried egg and ikan bilis.

The fried chicken wing is nicely seasoned with a crispy batter coating its meaty meat. The fried egg has a soft runny yolk with slightly crispy whites, and the ikan bilis is crispy. The rice is mildly fragrant with subtle coconut milk flavours. A couple of cucumber slices and a dollop of chilli paste is provided on the side.

This serving of nasi lemak tastes not bad too, especially its fried chicken wing which is enjoyable.
