Hearty Noodle serves up ban mian, you mian and mee hoon kueh in either dry or soup options. The dry version of ban mian comes with minced meat, braised mushroom slices, ikan bilis and meatballs, along with a bowl of lightly flavoured soup on the side.

The minced meat is soft and meaty with nice braised flavours. The braised mushroom slices are soft and flavourful, while the ikan bilis is crispy and crunchy. The meatball is quite soft with a hint of mushroom taste. The ban mian itself is fairly firm and springy, and comes with some vegetables. An optional spicy chilli paste can be added to it.

This serving of ban mian has nice flavours and is rather hearty.
