Mee Siam

This mee siam comes with soft tofu cubes and a boiled egg served with mee hoon and bean sprouts in a plate with mee siam gravy added. It is topped with some chopped spring onions. A piece of green lime and a dollop of sweet and spicy chilli is provided on the side. The begedil is an extra add-on.

The begedil has a soft and flavoirful potato filling with an egg coating that is unfortunately no longer crispy. The mee siam gravy is really flavourful with a mixture of spicy, sweet and limey. Definitely good!

Mee Rebus

This serving of mee rebus comes with a boiled egg with yellow noodles and bean sprouts served on a plate with mee rebus gravy added. It is topped with chopped green chilli, spring onions and fried shallots. The begedil is an extra add-on.

The yellow noodles is firm and springy, with a thick and flavourful gravy added. The gravy has a slightly sweet taste with a nice undertone of dried shrimp flavours. It contains some tiny peanut bits and some meaty chunks of chicken meat. This mee rebus is absolutely delicious! It is probably one of the best mee rebus I had tasted. Highly recommended!

Mee Soto

Also available is mee soto served with a choice of either yellow noodles or mee hoon with some bean sprouts. This mee soto comes with generous amounts of meaty shredded chicken meat and topped with chopped spring onions and fried shallots. Its soup is nicely flavoured and the begedil is an extra add-on. It is likeable too.
