Wanton Mee.

The wanton mee features slices of char siew and a piece of fried wanton served on a plate of tossed noodles, along with a small bowl of nicely flavoured wanton soup on the side.

The char siew slices are soft and tender with a mild sweet taste. The wanton has soft skin, while the fried wanton has a crispy skin, both wrapping a soft, meaty and plesantly flavoured filling. The tossed noodles is firm and springy, tossed in a black sauce seasoning with crispy pork lard and some vegetables.

This serving of wanton mee tastes not bad.

Roast Duck.

The slices of roast duck meat are moist and meaty with a juicy and flavourful skin attached. The firm and springy noodles is tossed in a pleasantly flavoured dark sauce seasoning, and served with some vegetables. A bowl of nice savoury flavoured soup and an optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste are provided on the side.

This serving of roast duck noodles tastes not bad too.

Char Siew & Siu Yuk.

The char siew slices are soft and meaty with a mild sweet taste. The siu yuk is tender and meaty with a soft layer of fats and a light savoury taste, but its skin is not crispy. Between the two meat options, the char siew is definitely the better choice.

These are served on a plate of firm-textured white rice with braised sauce added, along with a few slices of cucumber. A bowl of nicely flavoured soup and an optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste are provided on the side.

Although the siu yuk is a bit of a let-down, this serving of char siew and siu yuk rice is still decent.

Soya Sauce Chicken.

The soya sauce chicken is moist and meaty with a smooth and flavourful skin. The fairly smooth hor fun is tossed in a black sauce seasoning with soya sauce added, and comes with some vegetables. A bowl of nicely flavoured soup and an optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste are provided on the side.

This soya sauce chicken hor fun tastes rather decent.
