Fried Kway Teow

Hock Kee Fried Kway Teow sells just fried kway teow. This fried kway teow contains see hum, lap cheong slices and fish cake slices with egg, bean sprouts and lard stir fried in a mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles with black sauce added.

The fried kway teow mixture has a bit more kway teow than yellow noodles. It is slightly moist and doesn’t taste sweet. It has a mild bit of nice wok hei flavours. Quite likeable.
