Fishball Noodles

Hock Seng Choon Fish Ball Kway Teow Mee does handmade fishballs and fish dumplings served with choice of noodles, either tossed or with soup. Shown above is with tossed mee pok.

The tossed mee pok is firm and springy with nice savoury seasoning flavours with a tint of ketchup. The handmade fishball is very soft and very smooth, almost like a tofu that is melting in your mouth. The fish dumpling is very smooth as well. Both has nice fish flavours and are really good! The fishballs and fish dumplings are served in a bowl of flavourful soup with chopped spring onions, pasley, chye poh and lettuce bits added.

This serving of fishball noodles is good, especially their fishballs and fish dumplings. My good rating goes to their fishballs and fish dumplings. Very likeable!
