Fried Mee Hoon

Holland V Fried Beehoon does fried mee hoon with a selection of sides to choose from. Seen above is with a fried egg and a piece of fish fillet added, served with an optional savoury tasting chilli paste on the side.

The fried egg is rather ordinary. Whereas the fried fish fillet is nice with crispy outsides and soft insides. As for the fried mee hoon, it has a very nice dry texture containing some bean sprouts and bits of shredded carrots and shredded vegetables. Flavouring is really good. Thumbs up!
