Fried Carrot Cake

Hua Ji Carrot Cake dishes out fried carrot cake using small cubes of firm radish cubes pan fried with eggs and chye poh.

The white version of fried carrot cake is done flat pan cake style with a slightly crispy egg coating, and glazed with an optional chilli paste. The black version has sweet black sauce added giving it a mildly sweet taste, and has a very slight charring to it. Both are likeable and tastes nice.
