Vegetarian Roast Chicken & Ngo Hiang

The vegetarian roast chicken is made of fried bean curd roll with a firm texture. Tastes decent. The rice is firm and flavourful with a tint of ginger. Comes served with a trio of sauces – a limey tasting chilli sauce, a green garlic sauce and a savoury tasting soya sauce.

The vegetarian ngo hiang is an extra add-on. It has nice bean curd flavours with crunchy water chestnut bits and a slightly crispy skin. Quite likeable.

Vegetarian Chicken Cutlet

A vegetarian fried chicken cutlet is available as well. It is made of tofu with a slightly crispy crust. Its tofu meat is chewy with nice savoury flavours. Not bad.
