Egg Fried Rice.

The egg fried rice has a nice firm and dry texture. It contains generous slivers of egg along with some chopped spring onions. The fried rice is flavourful with subtle smoky undertones of wok hei, and it tastes lovely! A piece of fried egg with cooked yolk and crispy whites is served together with the fried rice.

The pork chop is tender, juicy and meaty with nice marinated flavours. The luncheon meat cubes are the regular canned type. The pork chop tastes good!

Overall, both options of egg fried rice are enjoyable.

Mala Fried Rice.

The mala fried rice has a nice dry texture and it contains plentiful of eggs, some onion bits, chopped spring onions, and bits of dried chilli. The fried rice has intense mala flavours with spicy notes and mild smoky wok hei. The beef slices are tender and meaty. A fried egg with soft yolk and crispy whites is included with the fried rice. The mala fried rice is a satisfying option too.

Sambal Fried Rice.

The sambal fried rice has a nice dry texture with light notes of spiciness and mild wok hei. It contains generous amount of eggs, along with some onion bits and chopped spring onions. It comes served with a fried egg with runny yolk and crispy whites.

The prawns are rather large in size and tastes fairly fresh. The chicken cutlet is the regular frozen ones found in supermarkets. It is tender and meaty with a decent savoury taste and a crispy crust. The pork chop is definitely the better option here.

Personally I prefer the egg fried rice and mala fried rice a tad more, but the sambal fried rice tastes not bad too
