Wanton Mee.

Koka Wanton Noodles serves traditional wanton mee with shredded chicken meat and braised mushroom slices together with the usual char siew slices and wanton soup.

The char siew slices are firm, lean and meaty. The shredded chicken meat is tender and meaty with smooth and soft chicken skin. The braised mushroom slices are soft and bursting with nice braised flavours. These are served on a plate of flavourful, firm and springy tossed noodles, acoompanied by some vegetables and crispy pork lard. A bowl of ikan bilis flavoured wanton soup is served on the side. The wanton has a soft skin and a flavourful, soft meaty filling.

This serving of wanton mee is nice. I like it.
