Double Fish Soup

Kou Fu Le Fish Soup does sliced fish and fried fish soup with choice of noodles or rice. Above is their double fish soup with yee mee. It comes with both sliced fish and fried fish in a bowl of fish soup containing some vegetables, bitter gourd and tomato, and topped with some chopped spring onions and fried shallots.

The sliced fish is fairly smooth and tastes rather fresh. The fried fish is soft and meaty with savoury flavours, but its batter is not crispy. The yee mee is fairly springy and the soup tastes lovely.

This bowl of double fish soup is rather enjoyable and likeable.
