The sliced fish has a smooth and soft texture, while the fried fish has tender and savoury tasting meat enclosed in a fried batter. Unfortunately, the batter is soft and is not crispy at all. The soup has a nice well-balanced flavour which is not too salty. The yee mee is firm and springy, and comes with some vegetables.
