Signature Noodles

Lai Yuan Gourmet serves a variety of minced meat and fishball noodles., with a choice of noodles. As shown above, their signature noodles with mee pok comes with slices of pork, pork liver, minced meat and meatballs. The fishballs and fish cake slices are extra add-ons.

The slices of fish cake are firm and springy with a distinct fish taste, and the fishballs are equally smooth and springy with a similar fish taste. The minced meat is soft and meaty, while the pork slices are firm and meaty. The pork liver slices are soft and have a gamey taste. The meatball is soft with a nice savoury meaty flavour. The ingredients are served in a bowl of tossed noodles. The mee pok is firm and springy with nice seasoning flavours and comes served with a piece of lettuce. A bowl of savoury tasting soup accompanies the dish.
