Meatball Porridge

Lau Pa Sat Congee serves up an array of porridge with a range of ingredients to choose from. As seen here, is their meatball porridge with a raw egg added.

The porridge is somewhat thick but rather smooth. The added raw egg adds another layer of smoothness to the porridge. The meatballs are soft and meaty. The porridge is served topped with crispy fried shallots, chopped spring onions and a few pieces of crispy you tiao. Not bad.
