Lee Ta Fried Carrot Cake does only the black type of fried carrot cake. Fairly soft radish cubes with a slight springiness is used. These are pan fried with eggs, chye poh and added sweet black sauce. Some chopped spring onions are added as toppings when served.

This plate of fried carrot cake is not crispy at all. Tastes rather ordinary but still decent.
