Fried Carrot Cake

Only the white type of fried carrot cake is available. It uses soft radish cubes pan fried with eggs and chye poh. Unfortunately the egg coating is not crispy but it is fairly flavourful. Comes served with some crunchy and spicy tasting kimchi on the side. Decent.

Fried Oyster Omelette

The fried oyster omelette is rather flavourful. It has a fairly crispy egg and starch mixture with a bit of chewiness in the starchy bits. The oysters are decent size and tastes quite fresh. Comes with a limey chilli dip, some kimchi and coriander on the side. You can also choose prawns, lala and pork slices as alternatives to oysters.

Also available is a 2-in-1 fried oyster omelette and fried carrot cake yuan yang. Above is their fried prawn omelette and fried carrot cake. Quite likeable.

Fried Rice

The fried rice is available with different selection of meats. Seen above are their prawn fried rice and sliced pork fried rice. The fried rice has a nice dry texture and nice flavours with slivers of egg and some crab stick bits.

The prawn is fairly large size and tastes rather fresh. The pork slice is tender and meaty with a slightly sweet taste. Both options are likeable, and they come with a serving of kimchi on the side.
