Prawn Mee

Liang Seah Street Prawn Noodle serves prawn mee with usual choice of noodles, soup or dry. Above is their soup version of prawn mee with yellow noodles. This bowl of prawn mee comes with slices of prawns and pork with yellow noodles, some bean sprouts and some vegetables.

The pork is firm and meaty. The prawn is of decent size and tastes quite fresh. The noodles is firm and springy and the soup has nice flavourings. It is topped with fried shallot and crispy pork lard.

This bowl of prawn mee is a rather nice one. I like it.
