Satay.

Lin Yuan Satay serves chicken, pork and mutton satay along with a nutty satay sauce that is watery and tastes mildly spicy.

Both the chicken and pork satay are firm and meaty with decent flavours. The pork satay features a piece of fat sandwiched in between two small pieces of lean meat. The mutton satay is tender and meaty with a slightly sweet taste, and is not gamey at all. The optional ketupat rice is firm.

Overall this serving of satay tastes just alright.
