Biryani.

Masala Canteen by PasirPanjangBoy serves biryani with a choice of chicken, mutton and beef.
The masala chicken features a whole chicken leg and is moist and meaty, with nice spice flavourings and a soft flavourful skin. The masala mutton is very tender, meaty and flavourful, without any hints of gaminess. The masala beef is firm and meaty, with flavourful gravy. All three meat options taste nice.
The biryani rice is firm, flavourful and fluffy with a very subtle undertone of spiciness. It is seriously good! It comes served with a side of refreshing achar that includes cucumber, pineapple, red chilli, green chilli and onions.
All three biryani options are really satisfying.
