Masala Curry Mee by PasirPanjangBoy serves masala curry mee with a choice of yellow noodles, mee hoon and hor fun. The curry mee comes with pieces of tau pok, half a boiled egg, slices of fish cake, chicken char siew, and a piece of fried wanton, and hor fun is chosen.

The tau pok is soft and absorbs the flavourful curry sauce nicely. The fish cake is smooth and soft, and the chicken char siew is soft and meaty. The piece of fried wanton has a crispy skin and a flavourful meaty filling.

The hor fun has a nice smooth texture, and comes with some bean sprouts. The curry sauce is mildly spicy and bursting with a multitude of spice flavours. It is topped with some basil leaves and a piece of green lime, which adds refreshing minty and citrusy notes to its vivid palate.

This serving of masala curry hor fun is good!
