Fishball Noodles

Mei Ji Fishball Noodle does fishball noodles with usual choice of noodles. Above is with mee kia, which comes with fishballs, fish cake slices, fish dumplings and topped with fried shallots and chopped spring onions.

The fishball is springy and smooth with nice fish flavours. The fish cake is firm and smooth with nice fish flavours too. As for the fish dumpling, it is smooth with nice flavours. Both the fihsball and fish cake are good. Their fish flavours are really likeable.

As for the mee kia noodles, it is firm and springy, nicely flavoured and has a dry texture. Some bean sprouts are tossed with the noodles. It is topped with fried shallots and chopped spring onions. Served on the side is a bowl of nice savoury tasting soup.

This bowl of fishball mee kia is a really nice one! It is not surprising that Mei Ji Fishball Noodle is a popular stall in the neighbourhood.
