Fried Kway Teow

Meng Kee Fried Kway Teow serves pretty decent fried kway teow. The regular fried kway teow is fried in lard with the usual ingredients of see hum, lap cheong slices, eggs and bean sprouts, mixed with black sweet sauce.
The surprise lies in their white fried kway teow. This white version of fried kway teow without added sweet black sauce is tasty. Personally I find that the white version is tastier, and I prefer the white version over the regular black ones. Give their white fried kway teow a try. It is good.
