Mian Mian Bu Duan Peanut Pancake

does decently nice min chiang kueh with 4 filling flavours to choose from – peanut, coconut, red bean and peanut butter.

Min Chiang Kueh

Mian Mian Bu Duan Peanut Pancake does decently nice min chiang kueh with choice of peanut, coconut, red bean and peanut butter as its filling. This min chiang kueh has quite a nice soft texture with a bit of chewiness.

The peanut filling ones has a crunchy crushed peanuts with sugar mixture that isn’t overly sweet. The coconut ones has sweet grated coconuts that is quite fresh with just the right amount of sweetness. Similarly for its red bean paste filling, sweet but not overly. As for the peanut butter version, it is essentially the peanut ones with peanut butter sauce added. Just a bit of sauce is added, giving it a peanut buttery and slightly savoury taste. Quite nice.
