Double Fish Soup

Min Zhong Teochew Fish Soup does sliced fish and fried fish soup with choice of noodles or rice. Above is their double fish soup with yee mee and extra fried egg added.

The sliced fish is quite soft and smooth. The fried fish meat has nice savoury seasoning flavours, but it is no longer crispy after soaking in the fish soup. The soup itself is lightly savoury and flavourful, and comes with some lettuce and thinly sliced bitter gourd. The fried egg tastes nice too, soaking up the the flavourful soup. As for the yee mee, it is fairly firm and springy.

This serving of double fish yee mee tastes nice and is likeable.
