Chwee Kueh

Ming 1976 Chwee Kueh serves chwee kueh with nice flavourful chye poh that is a little savoury and a little sweet. Rather generous amounts of crunchy chye poh are topped on to decently flavoured rice cakes that is soft and springy.

This chwee kueh is not too oily and not too dry either. It is nice. I like it. Thumbs up.
