Mizzy Corner Nasi Lemak is a popular nasi lemak stall serving nasi lemak with several sets and a decent selection of sides. Above is their nasi lemak set served with fried chicken wing, fried egg and ikan bilis. The begedil and otah are extra add-ons.
The rice is nicely cooked with a firm texture and coconut milk flavourings. The ikan bilis is crispy and crunchy with a slightly savoury taste. The fried egg is normal though, cooked yolk and whites. The otah is firm with decent flavours and a note of spiciness. The begedil has nicely flavoured soft potato, unfortunately its egg coating is no longer crispy. As for the fried chicken wing, it has a nice crispy and airy batter covering its moist meat. Nice savoury seasoning flavours. The fried chicken wing is nice. On the side is a slightly sweet tasting sambal chilli that goes rather well with the nasi lemak.
This plate of nasi lemak is rather likeable.
