Prawn Mee

Mouth Watering Fresh Prawn Noodles dishes out prawn mee with the usual choice of noodles in either dry or soup versions. Seen above is their soup version with yellow noodles.

This prawn noodles comes with just yellow noodles, bean sprouts, some vegetables and some prawns, with fried shallots and crispy lard added. The prawns are decently fresh, and the noodles are springy. The main star here is their soup. Very nice intense flavours and not salty at all. This is definitely a bowl of tasty prawn mee. I like it.
