Signature Fried Rice.

The signature fried rice includes a mixture of tiny lap cheong bits, chopped spring onions and slivers of egg. The lap cheong adds a nice subtle sweet note to the fried rice.

The har cheong gai chicken cutlet is an optional add-on. It is tender, juicy and flavourful, coated in an airy and crispy batter. Its skin is crispy and flavourful as well. Recommended.

Egg Fried Rice.

The egg fried rice is a satisfying combination of firm and fluffy textures, with slivers of egg and chopped spring onions. The fried rice is flavourful with mild savoury flavours with undernotes of smokey wok hei.

The cereal prawns are extremely crispy and flavourful, served with a generous portion of crunchy fried cereal, fried leaves and chopped chilli. The crispy fried cereal adds subtle notes of sweetness and spiciness to the prawns.

The gar cheong gai is tender, juicy and flavourful, coated in an airy and crispy batter with a crispy and flavourful skin to boot.

Both are good options to pair with the egg fried rice.

XO Fried Rice.

The XO fried rice features chopped spring onions and slivers of egg, with XO sauce added into its wok-fried mixture. It is firm and flavourful with subtle hints of spiciness.

The pork chop is tender, juicy, meaty and flavourful with a nice balance of marinated flavours. It tastes lovely!

Tom Yum Fried Rice.

This fried rice, containing chopped spring onions and silvers of egg, has tom yum flavourings added into its wok-fried mixture, giving it a pleasant taste of tom yum.

The fish fillet has soft meat coated in a crispy and savoury breaded crust, which is glazed with a slightly sweet and peppery black pepper sauce. It tastes nice, but personally I prefer their har cheong gai chicken cutlet and pork chop more.

Wat Tan Hor Fun.

The wat tan hor fun features wok fried hor fun drenched with flavourful sauce containing slivers of scrambled egg, prawns, sotong, pork slices, and some vegetables.

The prawns are of decent size and taste, the sotong is firm and chewy, and the pork slices are soft and tender. As for the hor fun itself, it has a lovely note of wok hei. Not bad.

Dry Fried Beef Hor Fun.

The hor fun is wok-fried with egg, bean sprouts, vegetables and tender beef slices. It has a moist texture and nice flavourings with a subtle undertone of sweetness. This serving of dry fried beef hor fun tastes nice too.

Mee Goreng.

The mee goreng features yellow noodles wok-fried with egg, bean sprouts and vegetables along with prawns, sliced fish and sotong. The sliced fish is meaty, the sotong is soft and the prawns tastes fairly fresh. The mee goreng has a mild note of sweetness with a lovely wok hei. I like this too.
