Hainanese Chicken & Chicken Cutlet

My Chicken Rice Stall serves hainanese chicken and chicken cutlet with rice. Seen above is their hainanese chicken rice with chicken cutlet added.

The hainanese chicken meat is fairly soft and meaty, and attached with a smooth and soft skin. The chicken cutlet has a crispy crust with moist and nicely flavoured meat. It is topped with some salad dressing. As for the rice, it is firm and quite flavourful. Some cucumber slices are included on the side of the plate. A bowl of nice savoury flavoured vegetables soup and a garlicky and spicy chilli sauce are also provided with the plate of rice.

This serving of hainanese chicken and chicken cutlet rice tastes nice.
