The sliced fish is soft and smooth. Similarly the fried fish is soft and smooth as well, with a savoury taste and a soup-soaked soft batter. The fried egg is soup-soaked too, with nice flavourings. The yee mee is springy, and it comes with some vegetables. The fish soup is pleasantly flavoured, and is served topped with crispy and savoury ikan bilis, and fried shallots.
