Nasi Padang

Nasi Padang Mami Fita serves nasi padang with a nice selection of mains and sides. Seen above is with beef rendang, chilli potato, vegetables omelette and curry vegetables served with rice and a dollop of limey and spicy tasting chilli.

The beef rendang is soft, tender and flavourful. Its sauce is flavourful but a little on the salty side. The sliced potato with chilli is fried with chopped chilli as well as some ikan bilis. Both the potato and ikan bilis are soft and not crispy. However its flavourings is nice and I can taste a tint of dried shrimp. The egg omelette has chopped onions, spring onions, chilli and long beans. It is soft and taste rather nice. As for the curry, it is nicely flavoured with mild level of spiciness. The curry vegetables are soft and soaking with the nice flavours of curry.

This plate of nasi padang is flavourful and likeable. Thumbs up.
