Meatball & Sliced Pork Porridge

The porridge comes with minced meatballs and pork slices, and topped with you tiao, chopped spring onions and fried shallots. The raw egg and peanuts are extra add-ons.

The meatball is soft and has very nice seasoning flavours. The sliced pork is soft and meaty. The added peanuts is soft and the you tiao is soft as well. The porridge itself is smooth and flavourful. The added raw egg makes it feel even smoother.

All in all, this is a very tasty bowl of porridge. I like it!

Seafood Bao Zai Mian

A small selection of bao zai mian is also available. Above is their seafood bao zai mian which comes with prawns, sliced fish and a raw egg. It is topped with chopped spring onions and fried shallots.

The prawn is rather large in size and tastes fresh. The sliced fish is soft and smooth. The noodles is firm and springy, and comes with some vegetables. These comes served in a very flavourful bowl of soup, and a watery raw egg can be found at its bottom.

This seafood bao zai mian tastes really nice and is very likeable.
