Fried Carrot Cake

Original Changi Ten Mile Fried Carrot Cake does fried carrot cake in the usual black and white options. Seen here is their yuan yang which comes with both black and white versions of their fried carrot cake.

This fried carrot cake is pan fried using small radish cubes with eggs and chye poh added. The white version is not the pancake style but in cubes. It has rather nice savoury flavours. As for the black version, it has sweet black sauce added, giving it a mildly sweet taste. Both versions has small pockets of slightly crispy parts which are rather nice. This fried carrot cake is decent and quite likeable.
