Wanton Mee

Pang Pang Wanton Noodle does wanton mee that has a plate of tossed noodles with char siew slices and a bowl of wanton soup. The fried wanton is an extra.

The plate of tossed noodles is fairly firm and springy with savoury seasoning flavours. Slices of char siew and some vegetables are added to it. The char siew is lean and meaty with a sweet taste.

A bowl of wanton soup is provided on the side. The wanton has a soft skin with a savoury tasting meat filling, and the soup is savoury flavoured too. As for the fried wanton, it has a crispy skin and a meaty filling.

This serving of wanton mee is just a decent one.
