Penang Prawn Mee.

The penang prawn mee features prawns, fish cake slices and half a boiled egg served with a mixture of yellow noodles, mee hoon, bean sprouts and vegetables, in a bowl of soup.

The decently sized prawns are springy and tastes fairly fresh, and the fish cake is springy with pleasant fish flavours. The soup is flavourful with a nice tint of sweetness. Some crispy fried shallots are added as toppings.

This bowl of penang style prawn mee tastes nice.

The penang fried kway teow features prawns and lap cheong in a wok-fried mixture of kway teow, crispy pork lard, egg, bean sprots and vegetables.
