Big Prawn Mee

Diana & Agnes Nice Food Big Prawn Noodle serves prawn mee with big prawns and japanese fish cake. There is a choice of noodles in either soup or dry. Above is their soup version of big prawn mee with yellow noodles chosen.

The prawn is fairly large in size and tastes quite fresh. The japanese fish cake is firm and springy. The yellow noodles is firm and springy and comes with some bean sprouts. All these comes served in a fairly decent flavoured soup. Lots of crispy pork lard is added when served.

A couple of nice touches. The prawns are nicely cleaned out of their intestines and the bean sprouts had their roots plucked off. Thumbs up for the extra effort.
