Ren Fried Kway Teow Mee does fried kway teow that is quite ordinary and average tasting. This fried kway teow comes with the usual see hum and fish cake slices in a mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles stir fried in sweet black sauce with eggs, bean sprouts and spring onions added.

The fried kway teow has a somewhat dry texture and slightly sweet flavours coming from the sweet black sauce. As far as I can tell, there is no lard added. This is just an average plate of fried kway teow.
