Fishball Noodles

Rong Xing Fishball Noodle is a popular stall serving handmade fishballs with selection of noodles. Above is with mee kia.

This fishball noodles comes with just fishballs, served in a bowl of nicely flavoured soup. The fishballs are handmade, is smooth and springy with a nice savoury taste. The mee kia is the dry type. It is springy and has a nice mild savoury seasoning with a dash of vinegar. The noodles is topped with crispy pork lard and chopped spring onions.

This bowl of fishball noodles is quite nice and likeable.
