Fishball Noodles.

The fishball noodles comes with rather large handmade fishballs and slices of fish cake served together in a bowl of tossed mee pok.

The fishballs are soft, smooth and bouncy, and the fish cake slices are firm and springy. Both have a pleasant fish taste. The mee pok is firm, springy and fairly smooth. It has nice seasoning flavours with a hint of vinegar. Some chopped spring onions and crispy pork lard are included with the noodles. A bowl of lightly flavoured soup is served alongside the bowl of noodles.

Overall this serving of fishball mee pok tastes pretty decent.
