Seng Huat Congee

sells mainly a selection of pork and fish porridge options. Some rice and noodles too.

Minced Pork Sliced Pork Porridge

Seng Huat Congee sells a selection of pork and fish porridge. Seen here is their minced pork and sliced pork porridge with a raw egg added.

This porridge is decently smooth with savoury flavours of added soya sauce. The added raw egg adds to its smoothness. The sliced pork and minced pork are both meaty, and the minced pork is soft with some savoury seasoning flavours. This bowl of porridge is topped with some fried shallots, chye poh. chopped spring onions and a dash of pepper. Although there is no you tiao included with this porridge, it is still quite decent.
