Braised Duck

Shan Braised Duck offers braised duck served with either rice or noodles. The deboned pieces of duck meat is tender and flavourful.
The rice is cooked with braised sauce and has a nice braised taste to it. The noodles is tossed in a braised sauce based seasoning with a light peppery taste. You can add a slightly sweet sambal chilli on the side. Both rice and noodles come with a bowl of soup on the side with a mild herbal taste. You can also add a braised egg as an extra side. This braised duck is a thumbs up for me.
